P's answer: Yeah. So many lost. But hey, we're here now, right?

Q's answer: I suppose not. A year ago, on this very day, a young man disappeared from most of existence, save for a few scarce records, but I would not categorize that as a loss. I did not have my close acquaintance with me for a very long time, yet that was not a loss either.

Q's answer: I would say "no", but experience dictates otherwise.
