The TBD Network was founded in 2017 by Q. and V. S. While purporting to be against the moral qualms of Project BILIE, these three have individually chosen to keep their codenames from their time working there, likely due to a wish for anonymity. While their primary objective is to present and provide consequences for the dubious activities performed at Project BILIE, their other main line of work is in anomaly investigation. Some, like Atkin and P., had been possessed by various AA units. Others are near unexplainable, like the entirety of Celia's life.
Most recent event: On January 8, 2023, several documents and logs, while not being entirely lost, abruptly bled into a parallel timestream.
